As a fully-licensed French estate agent and member of the Federation Nationale d�Agents Immobiliers (FNAIM) Pastures Greener is able to value your property, market it and sell it directly on your behalf.

This gives you the seller the advantage of going straight to the sharp end as we put a lot of resources to actively maximise the marketing of your property to a targeted English-speaking clientele through a mix of online and print advertising, PR and marketing and directly to our extensive database of industry contacts and buying clients, giving you a great competitive advantage over other rival property vendors, essential in today�s buyer�s market.

We are happy to explain the unfamiliar sales process, advise on the market and organise comparison valuations with other reputable estate agents at your convenience. We can also help you with translation and understanding of the documents to be completed (and some of our documents are already available in English translation).

Our commission scale is as follows:

* Exclusive means that no other agent may sell on your behalf nor may you sell direct during the period of exclusivity, minimum 3 months.

** Semi-exclusive means that no other agent may sell on your behalf but that you may find a buyer by direct means (word of mouth, advertising) yourself providing you then pass that client to Pastures Greener to take care of the sale, in this case the commission is halved, therefore 2.25%. The period of semi-exclusivity is likewise of minimum 3 months.

*** Non-exclusive means that any other agent may sell on your behalf and that you may find a buyer directly yourself and that you are not obliged to have an estate agent deal with the formalities.

NB. If at any point after the minimum period the exclusivity or semi-exclusivity is revoked then commission due will revert to the scale relating to a non-exclusive contract as above (reduced rates being only available for exclusivity and semi-exclusivity)
